I directed and led a team of 6 designers throughout the development process of a sinkware line for KitchenAid. I spearheaded a new project management document that allowed us to easily track progress, materials & finishes, and shared parts.
I worked closely with the maker to ensure that all wrapped edges looked clean, elevating a staple kitchen item
I carefully managed the design and execution of related items, ensuring parts could be reused to reduce cost and aesthetic was consistent
